After your enquiry, we schedule a free 15-minute discovery call. I'll ask questions about your business, your customers, and your goals. After the call, I send a written proposal with clear scope, timeline, and exactly what will be delivered. No hidden costs.

Things People Ask Before Starting

Do I need to pay anything before the project starts?
No upfront payment is required just to enquire or have the discovery call. A deposit (typically 50%) is only collected after you have reviewed and approved the written proposal. The remaining 50% is due at launch.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You review the homepage design before any other page is built. If it's not right, we revise until it is - at no extra cost. Your approval is required before development moves forward.
How do I log into the client portal?
Once your project is confirmed, I create your portal account and send login credentials to your email. Visit /portal and enter your email and password(reset password if needed). If you have trouble logging in, send me a WhatsApp message and I'll reset it immediately.
What happens after the website launches?
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, optional monthly maintenance packages are available. Your portal account stays active and you can continue using it to communicate and track any ongoing work.
